- Automatic rotary pallet system for loading and positioning of castings.
- Loading area equipped with safety light curtains or laser area safety scanner.
- Pneumatic loading door.
- X-ray flashing on warning lights interlocked with a light failure circuit.
- Special version available for engine block inspection.
- The pallets can be removed and changed in just a few minutes without the use of tools, making the OMNIA very flexible to use with various types of castings.
- This configuration allows high-speed part changeover in approximately 5 seconds, significantly reducing the overall cycle time.
